AI-first studios will increasingly win or lose on trust. So rather than treat our approach to AI as a trade secret, we've published it.

The policy covers three things clients keep asking about: what happens to their data, how we handle stylistic references, and how we keep imagery accurate enough to survive a planning committee. None of it is revolutionary. It is simply written down, dated, and public.

Confidentiality is the short version: no client data is ever used to train public models, and every project has a defined retention window. On style, we translate references into original direction frameworks rather than imitating a living artist on request. And where accuracy is critical, every frame stays geometry-locked and viewpoint-locked.
