Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how Afterform Studios Ltd ("afterform", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

  • Information you give us, meaning your name, email address, company and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical information, meaning basic anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We do not use this to identify you.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
  • To send you our newsletter, where you have asked to receive it (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To understand and improve how the website performs.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the studio. Newsletter sign-ups are processed on the basis of your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, for example our email and hosting providers, and only as far as needed to provide the service.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet our legal obligations, then delete it. Project files are held under the retention windows agreed with each client.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at luke.parkhurst@afterform.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
