Workshop: AI direction systems for competitions

We've started running a short, practical workshop for architecture practices: how to actually direct AI imagery when there's a competition deadline and no room for surprises.

It's a lunch-and-learn, not a sales pitch. We walk through briefing structure, how to keep a set of images visually consistent, the review checkpoints that catch problems early, and where the accuracy guardrails need to sit. Teams leave with a one-page direction template they can use the same week.
